What exercise do you do to keep fit and healthy?
At Dalmarnock Primary we know how important exercise is to keep us fit and healthy.
We get lots of opportunities to do this through play, physical education, clubs and outdoor visits.
Here you can see us on our cycling trip to Pollock Park. It was a fantastic day out!

Pollok Park is my favourite place in Glasgow. I go there often to walk, cycle or roller blade. When I had dogs this is where we walked every day.
Hi,In Pollok Park some of the primary 7s went to do some mountain biking. We really enjoyed it. It was great doing these things to be fit and healthy abd we brought a healthy pack lunch for our break and boost our energy.

I'm sure all of the primary sevens that went mountain biking at Pollok park enjoyed it beacuse it kept us really fit and healthy. You also got to talk to your mates and we had really healthy lunches.
I also do chin ups and ride my vigorboard to keep me fit and healthy and the vigorboard helps your ballance

I live in Glasgow. My favourite thing to do to keep fit and healthy is swimming! I used to got to swimming lessons after school but I don't any more because I passed all of tye exzams. I am going to start the British swim team and then train for CommonWealth swim team.
